Well... here I am again. I had yesterday off work to get my thoughts together and to come down from my pain pill high.
Let me tell ya, those new prescription pain pills really make me happy and sleepy, poor Andrew had a hard time dragging me off the sofa. I felt the effects from 7 pm Tuesday night well into Wednesday evening. Definately not medication to be taken when anything needs to be accomplished.
On my day off I managed to get my Clomid check up again....no cysts. Though I was worried I may have distracted the lady by talking to her non-stop while she was checking things out. But I got all the questions out of my system! :)
We are to try Clomid for a couple more times and then go in for a chat with one of the infertility doctors to see what is next.
I also started the Clomid last night, day 2, because I have seen so many questions/posts online regarding which days it should be taken. And though there is not a huge difference, a new study shows day 1-5 potentially gives higher results. So, if day 2-6 doesn't work then I'll try 5-9 next time, just like the doctor ordered.
The side effects have started again too. Hot flashes last night and some FREAKY horror dreams....do not watch Silent Hill unless you like crazy dreams! Though it was a very interesting movie.

What did the doctor say about your progesterone levels?

Thanks G - they said the level 15.9 was good enough and I won't get another blood test done until after a few more cycles, since 50 mg was a working dosage. Not the best monitoring by docs but its cheaper for me.
I thought 15.9 was really good. On the preg.org board, I can't remember her name, she was on a little bit, and then graduated, but she was on clomid and then added progesterone as well(she went to Italy) do you remember her? Have you asked your doctor about supplementing with progesterone?

Hmm, do you mean Brooke (Klyllie)? She went on the cruise with Clomid & used progesterone. (she's having twins!) I haven't asked the doc, but I am gathering a huge list of questions for the next visit. I may get some prog cream. I suspect I may have endo, but hope not.
Don't you want to talk about man stuff ? like cars, sports & guns, etc.. ?
