Busy Bee

Quick! Be as busy you can!! This past week has been a constant effort.

Mom has started selling Mary Kay products and had her 'business debut' at our house on Friday. Sounds simple, right? Nope...this sent me on a mission to clean.

After work Andrew & I would head to the store to get whatever we could find to make the house nice and presentable. We got loads of hanging baskets and flowers to add some color to the yard... bought some fabric to re-upholster the dining room chairs.. Did I mention we also fenced off 150 ft for the dogs ? Lots of scrubbing that needed to be done.

We also went and picked up our wetsuits for scuba diving. But mine doesn't fit, too big, so thats on the list to exchange. We also had Zorro neutered. Ouch.

The MK party lasted much longer than I expected, and I ended up buying $275 worth of stuff! EEK! I did get a huge discount though so not to worry ;) The house was clean for roughly an hour before being totally destroyed again.

I've noticed that with the sun being out much longer it feels like we have to keep being active until the sun sets, at which point I make dinner. This has been putting our bed time to much later than I like... I'm not nice when I'm sleep deprived!
