I'm sticking to a running schedule much more these days. I've joined the website Cool Running to utilize their program of going from the Couch to running 5k safely. Its a 9 week program and I'm on week 2!
I could have started at perhaps week 3 or 4, but I started from the beginning to give my knees a chance to get back to normal, and its really working. My previous everyday approach is what gave me the troubles, and as long as I have a program to follow then it motivates me.
Looking forward finishing in April :)
