Pre-op Appt

Although the pre-op appointment took up the majority of our day off, I am very happy with this RE. She really knows what the hell is going on for a change!! We both left her office feeling very happy & confident that she knows what to do.

During surgery she is also going to do an HSG to check that my tubes are still clear - Bonus! She said she will do the LUNA procedure that involves cutting some pain nerves as well. Same as I had asked during my first surgery but Dr Goins didn't listen, I'm sure this doc will. And the best part is its all FREE since I've met the insurance deductible earlier this year.

Felt pretty good having her spend 30-45 minutes just talking to us about what she expects, worst case scenario, how she feels about the hospital, other cases like me that she has, our next steps, etc. The only thing stopping me now is getting my period. If it hasn't come & gone by Tuesday then we'll have to delay surgery for another week. I'm fully expecting the delay because thats just my luck!


I'm very pleased with Dr Teaff, just wish I'd seen her for the first surgery.
