I have finally made the move over to my new position at work. Still titled Accounting Coordinator, but instead of being in Payables and getting spit on I am now doing Payroll and Invoicing with a happy bunch of women. Its a whole different side of things, lots of numbers work and reconciliations. I've been overwhelmed with the amount of work, but it sure makes the days and weeks fly by. I'm enjoying the change! I've been searching for things to decorate my new tiny office too...so thats been fun.
As for all things baby related - we went to REACH on Monday for our initial appointment. There are several factors to our infertility but Dr Teaff believes IUIs will work for us. We are going to try it for three cycles and then have another evaluation if it doesn't work. Its a pretty far drive to get to their office, its gonna involve lots of days out of work...but it should be worth it.
At the appointment they did a blood test for Rubella & Cystic Fibrosis, I got an ultrasound to check out my eggs. Lining was 7mm, should be around 8, and I had 2 follicles on the left and 1 on the right that was bigger. Looked like a bunch of blobs on the screen to us! I still haven't freaking ovulated either (4 days later).
Once I start my next cycle then fun begins! A visit for another ultrasound, blood work and to get my Clomid prescription. Hooray more psycho mood swings, hot flashes & spots! Then I'll go back in on Day 12 for another ultrasound to check for growing eggs, if all is good then I get to take home an injection of HCG. Not sure I can give myself a shot, and Andrew doesn't want to do it...maybe I can get mom to do it. After the shot, we'll both head back to the doc for the IUI... that should be pretty painless for both of us. Then its just a matter of waiting it out. For much more detailed info visit here .
So thats it for now.. I have to ovulate now before I can move on to the Dr appointments. More waiting.

Hannah! I know I said it before, but, YAY for a plan. I am getting excited for you guys, although, I know the pain of the hurry up and wait. I am glad your new position at work is going well - and really glad your b-day was better than expected. Just wait until next year...UGH. That's the one that freaked me out... LOL. HUGE H&J!-R :)
