A New Pet

OK, so he's not actually *my* pet, but Dad said he would be best suited to me because of his height.

His name is 'Spirit' and he's 4 years old. His name will probably get changed cos Dad thinks its silly.

Andrew and I made a visit today to attempt to groom him....he then rolled in the dirt. He wasn't keen on the lead line, so we just walked around the field and he would follow us. Then I started running around the field, and he would run behind or next to us. Very fun, just like a big dog. I've always wanted a horse :)

No one has attempted to ride him just yet, I'd rather spend more time getting to know him first. He seems very sweet & friendly.
