The moon made me ovulate! Or maybe it was just a coincidence, who knows...but I've actually ovulated in accordance with the moon phase at which I'm apparently most fertile.
The way the method works is that you figure out exactly what the moon phase at the day/time of your birth. Then each month that is when you're most fertile. Quite interesting stuff to me, if it can change the tides of the ocean the surely it could affect little 'ol me? I know it makes our dogs go a bit loopy.
So, there ya have it.. I'll wait out my 14 day luteal phase and try all over again. Well done moon :)
