Passing the time...

Since the lap I've been anxious to get my full range of motion back. I'm doing lots better and can only complain of itching scars and the occassional ache.

We've got a lot coming up that is keeping my mind buzzing. Car/land tax and insurance bills, we need a new windscreen on the car & get it inspected, I'm sure those docs will be wanting some money soon, more upcoming docter appointments, paying for land to be surveyed (eek!), getting a mortgate/re-financing, then there are birthdays galore in August! Not to mention the Captain will be visiting for 3 weeks at the end of September.

As a treat, and an early birthday gift to me, we are going to Projekt Revolution on August 8th in Charlotte. An all day music fest with Linkin Park headlining, I'm really looking forward to that AND Placebo will be there, woohoo! Its gonna be really loud and really fun with lots of new bands to get interested in. Its really going to help get my mind off things.

We've been decorating the house too, I've gotten bored of 2 years without much of anything on our walls. We have a new rug thats very cool, it matches the dogs - ha!, and a new funky mirror for the fireplace. It definitely helps the living room look cozier. We're still searching for the perfect centerpiece for the wall, since our painting fell down it has been placed in the office where it fits better. I've got several decorating ideas, just need the perfect item and some money. I'll stick some pics up soon.

So, there ya go... a quick update. We've got the urologist appointment on Friday, then my follow up on Monday. I'll let ya know how it goes and what our next steps in baby making are - cos I *know* you're so very interested :)
